We were too busy watching our phones to notice I left my jacket on the chair. American Airlines wonder persons Steve and Valerie saved the day!
This New Year’s morning, Gosia and I stopped for coffee and a donut just outside the Manchester (NH) airport. I left my jacket behind when we departed. I realized it at the American Airlines check-in station. Supervisor Valerie said she was getting off shift at 10:30 a.m. She volunteered to go to the donut shop for my jacket. Her colleague Steve is bringing me my favorite insulated REI jacket at the American Airlines gate. Thank you to Valerie and Steve. You are true Super-Stars this New Year’s Day.
